These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cloud Hosting Directory (the "Site"), a Sagentica product operated at cloudhostingdirectory.com. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site is a free, independent directory of cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — IaaS platforms, VPS and cloud servers, managed and dedicated hosting, object storage, CDN and edge, managed databases, container and Kubernetes hosting, and GPU/AI cloud — with editorial descriptions. Listings are editorial: we select and describe providers ourselves. Inclusion is not an endorsement, a certification, or a recommendation, and it does not imply any commercial relationship with the provider.
2. No professional advice
Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial, procurement, or security advice. Cloud pricing, regions, features, service levels, and compliance certifications change frequently and vary by contract. Always verify current details directly with the provider and conduct your own due diligence before committing production workloads or signing any agreement.
3. Accuracy & availability
We work to keep listings accurate and useful, but the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that information is complete, current, or error-free, and we may add, change, or remove listings and features at any time without notice.
4. Third-party links
The Site links to external provider websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, terms, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
5. Advertising
The Site carries advertising served through AdServerAI, a Sagentica ad network. Advertising is separate from editorial listings: paying for an ad does not buy a listing, a ranking, or favourable editorial treatment. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
6. Submissions
If you submit a provider for review, you confirm you have the right to share the information you provide and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in the directory. Submission does not guarantee inclusion; we may accept, edit, decline, or later remove any listing at our sole discretion.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-copy the Site's content for a competing directory.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful information.
8. Intellectual property
Site design, editorial descriptions, and compilation are owned by Sagentica. Provider names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CLOUD HOSTING DIRECTORY, SAGENTICA, OR THEIR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PROVIDER YOU FIND THROUGH IT.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloud Hosting Directory and Sagentica from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
